Greenful Group’s €100 million textile recycling center, which is planned in Sillamäe, is set to be the largest in the Baltics.

This is the first full-scale solution to close the loop, transforming textile waste into high-quality, sustainable construction materials.

🏭 Greenful facility will process 70,000 tonnes of textile waste annually, including all 20,000 tonnes generated in Estonia and imports from neighboring countries.

💶 €39 million investment comes from the Estonian government via the EU Just Transition Fund, showcasing a model for how public-private collaboration can drive sustainability.

🏗️ The recycled materials will be used for furniture, load-bearing walls, exterior facades, and interior panels and to produce SIP panels for modular homes, offering a practical and eco-friendly alternative for construction.

🤝 Preliminary agreements have already been signed to retail our products in Estonia and internationally, demonstrating strong demand from companies valuing sustainable construction.

🌍 This project is a big deal both for Greenful Group and Estonia. But even more importantly, it sets a global example for countries to address environmental challenges while creating opportunities for a circular economy.
